Customer Reviews
Reliable for family trips
I've used Holidu a few times now, mainly for family trips, and they've been consistently reliable. This time, we booked an 'alloggio per famiglie' near Florence. It was just as described, like our previous 'case al mare' in Puglia. The search filters for pet-friendly options are still excellent. Delivery is instant, of course, being a booking, but the confirmation always comes through quickly. It's why I keep coming back.
Easy to use, no fuss
Needed a 'monolocale per vacanze' for a quick getaway. Holidu was pretty straightforward. Found a decent place fast. Didn't have any problems, booking went through fine. The price was okay, not super cheap but not expensive either. Just a normal, easy experience, which is what I wanted.
Booking process and support
I recently booked a 'casa vacanza con giardino' for a week in Tuscany. The search interface was intuitive, allowing me to filter by specific amenities like Wi-Fi and parking. The booking confirmation was almost immediate. I had a query about the 'tasse di soggiorno' not being clearly outlined, so I used the contact form. Their support responded within 24 hours, clarifying that it would be paid directly to the host. The property itself matched the description well when we arrived. I appreciated the transparent comparison of prices from different providers. It made me feel confident I wasn't overpaying. Overall, a comprehensive and satisfactory booking experience, though clearer initial information on local taxes would be a small improvement.
Good value, minor issue
I booked an 'appartamento in centro città' for a weekend in Rome. The price was competitive, and the booking process was smooth. I appreciated the detailed photos and descriptions. We found a great spot that accepted PayPal, which was convenient. My only minor gripe was that the exact location wasn't as precise on the map as I'd hoped, leading to a bit of searching on arrival. Otherwise, a solid experience and good value overall.
Found a great chalet!
I just booked a 'chalet' for our winter trip, and I'm so happy with Holidu! It was super easy to find exactly what we needed. The site compared so many options, I really felt like I got the best deal. The 'cancellazione gratuita' option gave me peace of mind. I'm already planning my next booking for a 'villa con piscina' for next summer. Definitely using them again and telling all my friends!
Quick booking, good price
Booked a 'casa al mare' for August. Found a good deal fast. Confirmation was quick. No issues at all. Would use again.

hey, anyone know if holidu is legit? like, i see some sweet deals but kinda wary since i usually stick to airbnb or booking.com. is it reliable or am i gonna end up with a shack?
quick question about discounts. i saw something about a first booking offer. do they still do that? and can i stack it with a last minute deal, or is it one promo at a time?
